Fresh cut pineapple and crisp “Daiginjo-edge” is the first impression this sake offers. This is a classic "feel good" sake to transcend you to the tropical islands.

Tokubetsu Junmai Namazake
From Kochi Prefecture
Brand new to the family this Summer, this is the Sake to enjoy now. Our Team has already snuck a taste of this and it has become a new favorite namazake. It's refreshing aroma reminds us of hand picked star fruits. A very dry summer draft sake with an herbal nose and a spicy finish.
Pairing notes : Soft shell crab salad, King Salmon with sautéed tomato and our Tuna Carpaccio.
From Yamagata Prefecture
One of the first seasonal namazake we ever offered as a daily special, "Ohyama Nama" is an old favorite. Light and smooth with an airy creamy texture similar to a marshmallow. It has a medium body and structure with a pleasant acidity.
Pairing notes : Sashimi or raw oysters to open up your palate, fluke and shiso tempura and also our chopped eel avocado.
